What is Yuka?
Yuka scans the barcodes of food and personal care products and shows their impact on your health, with a rating and the detail behind it.
When a product scores badly, it suggests similar products that are better for you. Yuka says it is a fully independent project: no brand or manufacturer can influence its ratings, and there is no advertising in the app.
